Yay, our second leap year since the loss of February 29th in 2000! It came back fairly strong in 2004, though! I think it will be even stronger in 2008, ready for another 388 year run! (or perhaps I should say 97 years since that’s how many Feb. 29ths are left until 2396)

I went out and bought a new laptop this weekend… I’m pretty happy with it :):):) Leap years are happy :):):) My wife came to my house and took the Wii while I was out :(:(:(

light, it is a reference to the sitcom “I Love Lucy” from the 1950’s (I believe currently playing on one of the Nick at Night channels). In one episode, Lucy stars in a commercial for a tonic called “Vitameatavegamin”. One of the lines is “Happy peppy people drinking Vitameatavegamin”. Of course, the stuff is also half alcohol and she is swigging it during the entire filming and gets drunk, and no longer able to pronounce the name of the product or the jingle. Quite hilarious, and I just used it because absy mentioned “happy” in his post. Yes, when you look up the meaning of the word “obscure” in the dictionary, my name is right next to it!
