Impending calamity?

Hi, We should all know God loves us, but sometimes He tests us, and if you visit www.WhyMay19.com I believe you will see reasons why it could be soon. And in Bible imagery, wise virgins light their lamps (share the light they have). Thank you for sharing. Ruhling7 |

Are you going to stick around? We’ve had other conspiracy theorists around here. Most have spammed and left, others have lingered for while, but I think we’ve only had one or two (JT, where are thee?) respond to people. |

Hi Ruhling7, Welcome to God Still Loves Us! I went to the link, but don’t understand the imagery. I’m kind of dense when it comes to bible prophecies and such. Thanks for sharing with us. Please introduce yourself in the Introduction thread! Again, welcome! Aran, you did see JT’s last message, right? |

I may have seen it. I don’t remember. Sorry for not being too welcoming, but I kind of didn’t expect Ruhling to come back, and I have little patience for spamming conspiracy theorists. |

Ok… the response from the Christian fundamental right is this is what the Bible says regarding the setting of dates… • Matthew 24:36 “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone. Mark 13:32 is an exact parallel. • Matthew 24:42 “Therefore be on the alert, for you do not know which day your Lord is coming. • Matthew 24:44 “For this reason you be ready too; for the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you do not think He will. • Matthew 25:13 “Be on the alert then, for you do not know the day nor the hour. Mark 13:33-37 is a parallel passage. • Acts 1:7 He said to them, “It is not for you to know times or epochs which the Father has fixed by His own authority; • 1 Thessalonians 5:1-2 Now as to the times and the epochs, brethren, you have no need of anything to be written to you. For you yourselves know full well that the day of the Lord will come just like a thief in the night. Anyways… welcome and we would look forward to discussing points of view with you… |

Thanks, AL, Aran, excellent responses! |

There’s always been bad people and disaster and war. we just have more technology now. nothing new. |
|

Yeah, war is more impersonal now. Give us the old days, when you could watch that enemy squirm on the end of your bayonet! Now, we just push a button. Oh, several people were just killed! I did a great job with that button! Medal, please! |
